what a great first and second round for the NCAA championship! Great buzzer beaters! Great big teams getting knocked off by great smaller teams! Western Kentucky making it to the sweet 16 (cant believe you guys didnt do that when Jack Jennings was a Hilltopper!) U.K. lost in the first round that they did deserve to be in, to a team that deserved to win against them. To all you U.K. haters, and there are a lot of you, the Cats wrapped up a bad season and are graduating two seniors. They are loaded with froshmen and sophmores and will probably have a good recruiting class coming in...they will be a force again in the next few years!

Well God damn it! I heard about the special holiday that today is back in January and yet I totally forgot about it....today is, for all who do not know is the guys version of Valentines day. That is right...mark it on your calender for next year, March 14 is officially "Steak and Blow-Job" day! The Wire - Series finale

I just now got done watching the final episode of the series, and all I want to say about it is : If you did not have HBO and did not get to experience the show, please do not hesitate to rent it! Start with season One and watch the progression...it is honestly a thing of beauty!

All I know is that as soon as the series are available in a box set, I am going to buy and am going to nerd out to it big time , and this is my invite for all my bois to come and root for McNulty, Bunk, Marlo, Barksdale, Stringer, PropJoe, The Greek, Chris & Snoop and the youngin, Bubbles, Kima, Herc, Carver , Ronnie, Cheese, Beatrice, Weee-Bey, Namond, Bunny, and Randy (who was among many of the great characters who were denied an award for this amazing show)

-Congrats Brett Farve on finally retiring. You had a great season last year and it would have been hard to top at the end of your career. Congrats on the Patriots for an awesome season, and congrats on the Giants for battling back and taking a win from the Patriots. I am not hear to bad mouth anyone or to point and laugh. You Patriots know that you were the best team in the NFL this season and in the opinion of this Bengal fan, the best NFL team ever (*suck a cock 1972 Dolphins). You guys played your asses off and found ways to make plays when you had to every week, and the SuperBowl was no exception. So to ESPN who is now asking how will this Patriot team be remembered....my answer is pretty obvious. And if the old ass Dolphins have popped champaign due to the loss tonight.,..shame on you guys, they won more games and had a way tougher schedule.

after watching bits and pieces of the State of the Union I had a few thoughts that I wanted to share :

-Do the Democrats and Republicans have to sit on opposite sides of the room? Make those MF'ers sit either by the time they have spent in the Senate or House, or by state...sorry about your luck Wyoming...get your ass to the back!

-Has anyone else noticed that Obama,Mccain, Kucinich and Hilary all pretty much campaigned all year in 2007 and yet still got paid to represent their respective states. I think that is crap and if any Senator wants to run for President, they should have to resign before hand. Then again if Kucinich had to resign from office we wouldnt get to hear his crazy ass speeches from the senate floor!

-Earmarks....seriously are you senators on fucking crack? Or how about this...yeah you can give $40 million to build a bridge in Alaska that the same 45 people will use per month yet there is no money to be had to replace the Brent Spence ? Yeah KY and OH...lets make that a toll bridge, great freakin idea. I will park at the front of the toll and do my damndest to back up traffic to Lexington if this ever happens (on a daily basis as well)

And to be honest, when he got hurt I thought he should hang it up then and there, but he hung around and apparently has been training to get ready for next season. After reading the article I think if he wants to give it a try that is his call and good for you brother.
